Monday's... Food for the go!
Waking up on Monday can be tough... If you know you are going to snooze that alarm too many times, get your breakfast ready the night before!
Same goes for dinner on a Sunday... Make enough of this delicious power bowl for lunch the next day!
GRAB AND GO CHIA PUDDING
2tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup coconut milk or almond milk
fruit to garnish
Leave overnight and voila!

DINNER WITH SOME LUNCH LEFT OVERS
Cauliflower (grind and make quinoa texture)
Sweet potato or squash (oven cooked)
Organic free range chicken (stove top pan cooked)
Peanut butter 1tbsp
sesame oil 1tbsp
Prep time: 25 min
Cook the cubed sweet potato or squash (30 mins on 375) while prepping the veggies.

Peel zucchini and carrot with a swirl peeler.
Saute the cauliflower with garlic and olive oil while the chicken is cooking on the stove.
Add all ingredients into a big bowl, dress with the yummy sauce, and put some in a tupperware for tomorrow!
