Knee Injuries come in many forms. I'm here to help you get back to the sports you love. 

If you have chronic pain, an acute injury, or are pre/post surgery, I will work with physios, run hands on classes, and design a program tailored to your needs.

Work with me, Dania Assaly - a former Canadian Ski Team Athlete, owner of 3 ACL surgeries and knowledge to back her up.
