I have been doing bootcamp with coach Dania for almost 4 years now, and I have never felt better! Not only is Dania an expert at fitness and strength training, she also thrives at making working out fun! Each class introduces new exercises and new weights, focusing on different muscle groups and fitness goals. She empowers you to push yourself, reach new personal bests, and have a good time while you’re doing it. From corporate classes in the gym, to virtual zoom classes during the pandemic, to small group classes in the yard, to outdoor sessions at the beach, Dania has never stopped coming up with ways to keep us in shape!
